Invincible is a grown-up cartoon about superheroes made by Robert Kirkman for Amazon Prime Video. It started on March 25, 2021. It's based on a comic series called Image Comics made by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. The show is about a 17-year-old guy named Mark Grayson who becomes a superhero with the help of his dad, Omni-Man. His dad is the strongest superhero in the world. Mark has a tough time balancing his normal life with being a hero, and he has to prove he can be as good a hero as his dad.
The main actors are Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons playing the Grayson family. Other actors come in as different characters now and then. Critics really liked the show for its animation, action scenes, and story when it came out. Amazon decided to make more seasons even before the first one ended. They said yes to a second and third season in April 2021. The second season started on November 3, 2023. And there's a prequel special called Invincible: Atom Eve that Amazon released on July 21, 2023.
